How soon will I receive my
computer once I have placed the order?
We
ship our parts Monday through Friday. Ground shipping times vary from 1-7
business days for most areas.
Air
shipping times are always 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 3:00pm
eastern time may ship the same day.
Most
orders are shipped within 24-72 business hours.
Does this part come with a
Warranty?
Yes, all our parts come
with one (1) year warranty with an exchange of the rebuild-able core. CORE is
required for every purchase.
Can I purchase an additional
Warranty?
Yes, you can. Our parts
come with (one) 1 year Standard Warranty. For an additional $50 you can purchase
an extra year (Total 2 Years) or Lifetime Warranty for an additional $100. The
warranty is non-transferable. CORE is required to be returned within 14 days to
validate the Warranty.
Can I return my computer if it
doesn't work or the part is not needed?
The part may be returned
within 14 days of delivery as long as it is returned in its original condition.
The part must be in the same condition you received it in. Damaged, modified,
or opened parts are not eligible for returns. Items postmarked after 14 days
are not eligible for a refund. The return will be subject to shipping charges
as well as programming charges.
Do I need to have any additional
programming done once I receive my part?
Most parts that we sell
are plug-and-play. All Chrysler/Dodge products are plug-and-play. Some Ford and
Honda models will require a locksmith to calibrate the ignition after the part
is installed.
What if you do not have the
computer that I need in stock?
If you order a computer
and we do not have one in stock, we will locate one for you immediately and
notify you of how long your order will take to fill. This usually takes 1-3
days. It is very rare that we will not have your part in stock.
What happens if I do not return my
old computer?
Exchanges are required for all purchases unless stated.
You may be a subject to a Core Charge, in addition to a cancelled warranty if
you do not return your old module. Core(s) must be returned with the Return
Authorization Page within 14 days after receiving your replacement unit to
validate the warranty and avoid the Core Charge. We will provide you with a
pre-paid label to return your core. By accepting our part(s), you agree to pay
a core fee up to $100.00 for gas parts and $400 for diesel parts in the event
that you do not return the core(s) to us within the stated time frame. Core
must be in rebuild-able condition. If you do not have the old part or you would
like to keep your old part, please contact us before placing an order. CORE IS
REQUIRED FOR EVERY PURCHASE – unless you paid the Full Core Fee of $400.
How can I get the Tracking Number?
A tracking number will be
e-mailed to the e-mail address that you supply with your order. If no e-mail
address is supplied you will not receive tracking info. You can also call the
main office and provide your ID for status/shipping info.
I do not see the part I need in
the Online Store. Do you have it?
We do not have our
complete inventory online.
